Light soya sauce 1/2 tbsp |

Seasonings
Water 2 tbsp |

Method
1 | Wash, pat dry pork and slice thinly. Add marinades and rest for about 15 minutes. |

2 | Wash asparagus and carrot. Section asparagus. Peel carrot and then slice. |

3 | Soak mushrooms until soft, remove stalk and then slice thickly. |

4 | Heat oil in wok, saute the pork until partially done, add mushrooms and carrot. Toss well, sprinkle wine. Lower the asparagus, toss well. Lastly, add the seasonings, toss well. |
